Imperial Systems was founded in 2000 as an industrial dust collector manufacturer; Headquartered in Jackson Center Pa just north of Pittsburgh. Imperial designs and manufactures industrial duty dust collectors. The standard cartridge filters are rated at Merv 15 and are installed on a track for ease of change out. The CMAXX Dust Collector System has 10% more filter media than other same-sized vertical cartridge collectors. The internal area of the CMAXX dust collector system offers 20% more area around the cartridge filters causing more dust to drop in the hopper before attaching to the filters.
IDA (In-Line Deflagration Arrester) The CMAXX along with the proprietary IDA the DeltaMaxx filters, has been proven to isolate a deflagration and stop a flame front.
