Glacier Technology is pleased to announce the hiring of our newest team member, Joe Hawkins. Joe will serve as our Inside Sales/Technical Support Coordinator for Fan Sales.
Glacier represents the industry’s leading equipment brands, and we pride ourselves on developing long term relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers. Equally important to us is maintaining a solid team of dedicated and talented people to support our rapidly growing business. We are excited to have Joe join our team to contribute his skills and experience to our ongoing success.
About Joe
Lives in St. Michael, MN with his wife, Emily, and two dogs, Eddie and Winnie. Since graduating from Saint John’s University in 2016 with a degree in Global Business Leadership, the majority of Joe’s professional experience has been customer service focused. He spent the first five years of his career at Walgreens in multiple retail management roles, including the position of Assistant Store Manager for two different stores in the Minneapolis district.
In February of 2020, Joe moved on to take a position with Phillips and Temro in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In his role as a Customer Account Representative, he was responsible for large accounts such as General Motors, PACCAR and John Deere.
In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, whether that is going on walks or just hanging out around the house and relaxing. He’s a big sports fan and loves watching the Minnesota Twins – even though in year’s like this one, it is not always easy to be a Twins fan. He also enjoys spending time in his family’s cabin. As an avid golfer, he is expected to be a stand out at the Glacier annual golf outing.
Of his new position with Glacier, Joe says, “I am really excited for this new opportunity at Glacier and can’t wait to get started!”
